Purchases from our online shop will be subject to the following terms and conditions, please read them carefully before using MAINTENANT’s online shop. By using the online shop, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms of sale.

1. Sales Terms including shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

In these terms and policies, the following definitions apply:

• “Product(s)” refers to the items sold at https://maintenant.org.uk/shop

1.0 Sales Terms

These Sales Terms govern the supply of any goods ordered via MAINTENANT. Please note that MAINTENANT reserves the right to amend the Sale Terms from time to time and new versions of the Sale Terms will come into effect as soon as they are published on https://maintenant.org.uk/terms.

Please note that Discount Codes are only valid on full RRP prices.

1.1 Availability

MAINTENANT may terminate or suspend the supply of goods displayed on its website without warning, in the event that a product is out of stock or supply is disrupted for reasons outside of MAINTENANT's control. In such cases MAINTENANT reserves the right to not accept the order and/or notify the purchaser of the anticipated extent of the delivery delay.

1.2 Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched via Royal Mail, with costs based on Royal Mail's applicable tariffs according to weight, destination and class of delivery. Customers may request alternative delivery methods which will be charged accordingly.

Customers should ensure that the correct shipping address is provided when placing an order. MAINTENANT accepts no liability for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the Customer.

MAINTENANT aim to ship orders within 3 days of placing it, and will notify the Costumer of any significant delays.

If an item is out of stock the Customer will be notified and given the option to choose a different product or receive a full refund. If part of an order is out of stock, the Costumer will be able to choose alternative product(s) or receive a refund to the value of the part order that is unavailable.

1.3 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We want all our Customers to be completely satisfied with purchases from MAINTENANT and we abide to the consumer rights for cancellations, returns and refunds. Cancellations

The Customer has a legal right to cancel his/her order within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Products if the Customer is not completely satisfied with any item ordered or decides the products are no longer needed. Returned products must be sent unopened and in as new condition in the original packaging, together with a copy of the receipt, and be sent to our registered address stated below.


Items are described as accurately as possible, however sizes, colours and designs may vary slightly from that displayed on our website.

We will always be thorough and transparent when describing a product, and we will offer all available information. In the case of third-party products, we pass on all available information and take no responsibility for this information being incorrect.

Please note that the costs for returning non-faulty items are not refundable and are done so at the expense of the Costumer. If an item is returned because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred (up to £5.00). We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.

Prior to returning items, please notify our Customer Services Department by post, email or telephone to the address details stated below.


When an item is returned to us in the required conditions of the Cancellation and Returns Policies, the refund will be processed and the Costumer will be notified by email. A refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase will be made within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods.

1.4 Payment Method

MAINTENANT https://maintenant.org.uk/shop accepts most major credit and debit cards and payments via PayPal. When making a payment, it is imperative that the correct information is provided. The Customer will be debited once MAINTENANT confirms that the order has been accepted via an automated email.
