
She believes that food education in schools, a greater connection to where food comes from, better regulation of supermarkets and food trading and more conscious consumption of food will benefit all of us.
By working first hand with her own clients, she has seen how removing processed foods and sugar and increasing plant foods have helped people improve their health and begin to stabilise chronic health conditions. She specialises in women's and children's health.
