Head of Education and Engagement
Since completing my Zoology degree nearly 20 years ago, I have had a number of roles in conservation and education around the globe and travelled extensively.
These include working as a Bird Keeper for Chester Zoo, the Mauritian Wildlife foundation and as a research officer for Birds Australia, Melbourne. For me, working with critically endangered species has highlighted how we must work together as a society to ensure that we all have a sustainable future.
I have also trained and worked as a Secondary School Science teacher teaching Chemistry and Biology up to GCSE level and completed my MA in Education in 2017.
As an Independent Ambassador, I have my own small business that sells Tropic skincare which is sustainable, 100% natural and carbon negative.
I am delighted to be able to combine my passions of sustainability, conservation and education with my role at MAINTENANT Sustaining Now and am very excited about our future endeavours together.
