Promoting positive wellbeing outcomes for children through Yoga and Mindfulness
Yoga is more than just physical exercise. It supports children to find inner calm, get to know their bodies and manage their emotions in a positive way. The focus on breath not only allows more oxygen into the body but teaches focused attention which is a skill that is transferable and supports children in other areas of their learning and life. I offer classes for 5-8 year olds and 8-12 year olds. To support children during the current climate, all of my classes are now online.
