Head of Education and Engagement
Since completing my Zoology degree nearly 20 years ago, I have had a number of roles in conservation and education around the globe and travelled extensively.
These include working as a Bird Keeper for Chester Zoo, the Mauritian Wildlife foundation and as a research officer for Birds Australia, Melbourne. For me, working with critically endangered species has highlighted how we must work together as a society to ensure that we all have a sustainable future.
I have also trained and worked as a Secondary School Science teacher teaching Chemistry and Biology up to GCSE level and completed my MA in Education in 2017.
As an Independent Ambassador, I have my own small business that sells Tropic skincare which is sustainable, 100% natural and carbon negative.I am delighted to be able to combine my passions of sustainability, conservation and education with my role at MAINTENANT Sustaining Now and am very excited about our future endeavours together.
